Prior to 1.1.7.0 and this conversion process, there were three different character types in both Offline and Online mode which all existed in segregated character pools or “leagues”: Legacy, Standard and Bloodtrail. What were the different character types prior to this process? The third reason is to address and remedy the multiple segregated character pools that have been present in the game since 1.1.0.0. While essential to the game’s long-term health, these changes would effectively “break” most high-level characters if deployed without adjusting existing characters and allowing them to “regrow” into the new meta. Secondly, it brings massive and needed changes to the game's balance in terms of skills, passive skills, and items.
